I placed an order from a baby shower registry on June 28, the lady at the store told mine it would take 3-5 business days to get item shipped to my house, I received the email confirmation & it said item will ship 8-11 days, therefore I would not get it in time for shower. I called same day to cancel many order they said they could not cancel many order and I could just return out when I got it. Yeah because returning a huge jogging stroller is exactly what I want to do. It doesn't even fit in my car!! Or I could possibly call off work & refuse the order when it's getting delivered! My item has not even been shipped yet but I can't cancel or expediate the shipping not even if I pay the extra shipping cost!!!! This company is the worst!! I was on the phone or 56 minutes & spoke to 3 very rude customer service reps one being the supervisor John batch #3019. I will never ever shop at this store again!!! Buybuybaby gained another loyal customer today. Mind you I will be attending a baby shower with over 200 guest & I will make sure everyone hears my experience at this store!
